Which couriers do you use?

We use a variety of couriers to ship your goods depending on their size and value. We use the following nationwide carriers: Hermes, DPD, DHL, Yodel, Amazon & DX Delivery. If your order is sufficiently large that it requires a pallet we use a company called Translink Express Logistics.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery takes 3-5 working days for orders in the UK Mainland. Orders to UK islands and Northern Ireland can take a day or so long and international order times are variable by country. We also offer a next day service which is subject to our daily cut off time

Do I need to sign for my order?

Our orders are sent by a variety of couriers and services which have different options and requirements. If your order is sufficiently large to require a pallet delivery then you will need to be present to sign for and accept the goods. For all other orders we send via nationwide couriers who offer a variety of options to help you if you can't be in to sign for an order i.e. delay to a different date, leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email from the courier it has been sent with detailing these options.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

We do offer a click & collect serivce from our partner stores Whittingtons, there is a small £2 fee for each order sent to a store to cover picking, packing and logistical requirements of the order. All orders are picked in our central distribution depot and shipped to the local store you have chosen so please note it can take up to 1 week for your order to arrive at your collection point

Shipping glass items

f you are ordering glass items for an event please ensure that you have left plenty of time to get the goods to you. Due to the fragile nature of these items, it is inevitable that breakages will occasionally occur during transit. We are always happy to replace damaged items free of charge, but you must ensure that you give us reasonable chance to do this.

What happens if I have an issue with my order?

If your order has arrived damaged you should reject the order or record this as damaged on the Proof of Delivery (POD). Failure to do so may result in us being unable to process a damage claim. If you were unable to do this please contact us within 24 hours and and we will contact the carriers.
