Delivery Service

Charles Taylor deliver all their own furniture through their white glove delivery service. Their drivers will help you through the whole process, placing the product in your garden and assembling furniture right there for your convenience if needed.

After Care

Your furniture is supplied with one coat of the 'Taylor Brown' oil based preservative.To help protect and extend the life of your furniture we strongly recommend for you to apply another coat every 6-12 months.Wood is a natural product and may expand and retract depending on the weather conditions therefore we can not be held responsible for cracking , splitting , warping and shrinkage as this is a natural occurrence , because of this it may be necessary to check the tightness of the bolts/screws.
